The single best restaurant and Nando’s I have ever been too. The staff are unbelievably welcoming, never fail to forget you if you are a regular and are always fair. Not to mention the food is great. Special mention to Frank who may be the single greatest Nando’s employee ive come across, extremely personable, funny and a quality member of staff. I would come to Nando’s elephant and castle just for Frank. Though I only know him from coming to Nando’s I believe we are now good friends. Lastly and to be frank (excuse the pun) the world needs more Franks.

Honestly been coming here for years, birthdays and parties it’s the perfect spot. Busy for lunch ajoke was amazing very welcoming. Diego looked after us like we’re family. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SPOT ENOUGH !!!!

Well mannered staff, great atmosphere and perfectly season chips and tasty chicken of course. Can’t beat a cheeky Nando’s especially so close to a tube station effortless to pop in order and pay by the app and leave. Amazing service keep up the good work team

We go to Nando’s Elephant & Castle often, usually with family, and always enjoy our meals here. The food is consistently tasty, and the staff are wonderful — Manager Frank runs the place brilliantly, and Mansur is always so friendly and attentive. We really enjoy our interactions with the team, which makes every visit feel welcoming. The recent refurbishment has made the restaurant look absolutely beautiful, adding to the great atmosphere. It’s lively, convenient, and one of our family’s favourite spots in the area.

I live local to this Nando’s, and I have to say their service is just amazing. Every single person on the team is so sweet and welcoming—it really makes a difference. And of course, the food never disappoints! Nando’s keeps getting better with their new seasonal menus. My absolute favourites are the Portobello mushroom and halloumi burger, the peri fries, the garlic bread, and the halloumi fries. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area!
